— The Rules of the Platform
Every Player Needs to Know

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and link333 ("link333", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the link333 website located at https://link333.games and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features available through the platform (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the link333 Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or playing any game — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any documents, policies, and rules incorporated by reference.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one active link333 account. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited. link333 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void all associated bets, bonuses, and withdrawal requests.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes. link333 is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

link333 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to verify your identity by providing one or more of the following documents:

• Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) or valid passport
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership

Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of identity verification. link333 is not liable for delays in payment processing caused by outstanding verification requirements.

3.4 Account Currency

All link333 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. link333 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your link333 Login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your link333 account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify link333 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your link333 account on your behalf.

link333 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any bet placed, deposit made, or action taken through your link333 account will be treated as having been conducted by you unless you have notified link333 of a suspected breach prior to the relevant action.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

link333 currently accepts deposits via the following PKR payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, MCB Bank, and Meezan Bank. link333 reserves the right to add, modify, or withdraw accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for all link333 accounts is 500 PKR. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your link333 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, or Meezan Bank are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes during standard banking hours. link333 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

5.4 Own Funds Requirement

You agree to only deposit funds that you legally own and that originate from a payment method registered in your own name. link333 may request proof of payment method ownership as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Deposits suspected of originating from unlawful sources will be reported to relevant authorities and the associated funds will be frozen.

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 PKR. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within two hours during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or during identity verification review.

6.3 Withdrawal to Depositing Method

link333 will generally process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your account. Where this is not possible, link333 support will contact you to arrange an alternative withdrawal method.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to all link333 withdrawal requests:

• Your account must have passed all required identity verification checks.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• link333 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal exceeding 100,000 PKR.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on link333 are subject to acceptance at link333's sole discretion. link333 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected syndicate betting, suspected use of automated software, bets placed in error, or bets placed on markets that were incorrectly priced due to a system error.

7.2 Void Bets

A bet will be declared void and the stake returned to your link333 account in the following circumstances:

• The event on which the bet was placed is cancelled or postponed without being rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time.
• The bet was placed on a market that was open in error (e.g., after the event had already commenced).
• A system error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed at the time of bet placement.

7.3 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to a bet outcome, settlement, or void declaration must be submitted to link333 support within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. link333's decision on all betting disputes is final and binding.

All casino games available on link333 — including live dealer tables, jackpot slots, RNG table games, and game shows — are subject to the rules published by the respective game provider. In the event of a conflict between game provider rules and link333's Terms, link333's Terms shall prevail.

8.1 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game fault during a casino game session, link333 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the applicable stake to your account. link333 is not obligated to honour payouts resulting from a demonstrable technical fault.

8.2 RNG Certification

All RNG-based casino games on link333 are supplied by certified game providers whose random number generation systems have been independently tested and verified for fairness by recognised testing laboratories.

9.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on link333 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. General bonus rules that apply to all link333 promotions are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only — eligibility criteria are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

9.2 Welcome Bonus

link333's welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. The welcome bonus is not available to players who have previously held a link333 account. link333 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on link333 and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all associated bets and bonuses, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one link333 account for any reason.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the link333 Platform, place bets, or exploit game or odds errors.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of corrupt betting activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or otherwise exploit the link333 Platform's source code, systems, or data.
• Using a link333 account for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Permitting a person under the age of 18 to access or use your link333 account.
• Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name.

link333 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in all jurisdictions. Evidence of criminal conduct will be reported to the appropriate authorities and associated funds will be frozen and/or surrendered as required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• link333 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied.

• link333's total liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits link333's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by link333's negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

link333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• link333 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on your account.
• You fail to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority requires link333 to do so.

If your account is closed by link333 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms or suspected fraud, any verified real-money balance in your account will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon account closure for cause.

You may close your link333 account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance will be paid out to your registered payment method subject to the applicable withdrawal terms.

link333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, link333 will notify registered players by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by sending a notification to your registered email or mobile number.
